Specific Job Responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:
Primarily responsible for all training coordination through effective communication with partners and vendors.
Ensuring active participation of all employees in class room and outsourced training sessions.
Actively gather participants for trainings in Bahrain across all brands for effective and efficient execution of training to consistently increase training man hours.
Ensure that the training room and venue is maintained for all training related activities by coordinating all training logistics in the successful branding of the Training & Talent division of the Human Resources
Designing training tools-posters, updating of news in L&D and translation of training materials
Ensuring certification is completed for all trainings, for all employees and contributes to the Rewards and Recognition programs.
To deliver successful onboarding and Induction for all new incumbents
To actively engage in training delivery to groom employees and assist the L&D executives.
Maintain active training records,both digitally and through hard copies creating a robust record
and referencing system.
