Job Description

  • To place outbound calls to customers in line with company guidelines.
  • Receive inbound calls ensuring incidents are logged correctly.
  • To utilise up sell opportunities in achieving upsell targets for the team.
  • Resolve customer queries, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
  • Manage and resolve all written customer communication presented by your team leader .
  • Ensure all security checks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring the risk of fraud is minimized.
  • To work productively whilst maintaining exceptional call,data quality standards, in line with team targets.
  • To ensure full compliance with the Data Protection Act 1989 and subsequent amendments.
  • To contribute to the team through open and regular communication.
  • Adhere to all company or departmental policies and procedures personnel and operational.
  • Ensure that product, technical, operational and customer knowledge is maintained at business requirements.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance in line with company policies and procedures.
  • To minimise customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control.
  • To ensure that all technical equipment issues are reported to your team leader .
  • To demonstrate a positive working attitude at all times.
