Job Description

  • Manage time & attendance software and TA devices
  • To support FILNET / CMS server, provisioning of services for all internal application for management services.
  • To implement application development requirements as per business requirements through the activities of application development.
  • To liaise with IT infrastructure services, in support of application server maintenance and development activities.
  • To co-ordinate and assist each line of business (LoB) with opportunities for shared applications and common business integration objectives and efficiencies.
  • To take responsibility for time management; reporting and monitoring; risk management; issue management; quality assurance and change management.
  • To act as technical expert for identified CMS / FILNET applications, and share knowledge as appropriate.
  • To support other application team members and off-the-clock resources as appropriate to the implementation of application related activities.
  • To carry out other tasks related to reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) as agreed with the Applications Project Manager / IT Manager / PMO.
  • FILNET / CMS support for users. Co-ordination with AMC vendors, suppliers for support.
  • Developing Custom Solutions (SharePoint, .NET, PowerApps) based on User Requirements.
  • Creating Lists & Libraries based on End user requirements.
  • User issues resolution & management with CMS, Troubleshoot issues for performance.
  • Taking Audit Log, Usage Reports based on Management Requirements. Training to users on FILNET /CMS.
  • Business Process Integration Management and Administration.
