Responsible for general administration, typing, co-ordination of travel arrangements and other administration related activities. In-charge on Petty Cash & purchase requisitions.
- Receive and attend to incoming calls and inquiries on behalf of customers regarding work.
- Prepare reports and other documents as directed.
- Responsible for internal letters & memos within the division and Correspondence with customers as directed by supervisor.
- Responsible for filing and retrieval of all documents in the division.
- Preparation of quotations, costing sheet, invoicing, receiving cash and Cheques as directed by supervisor.
- Other activities as directed by supervisor.
- Responsible in handling Petty cash, submit and reconcile expense reports, preparing purchase requisitions and related works.
